I’ve been using this mouse for everything for a good 2 years now. The ability to adjust it to your preference is really nice.

I’ve used it for gaming sessions whose lengths I’m not proud of and it’s never gotten uncomfortable or anything like that. The only thing I can really fault it for is that the right mouse button has gotten a little squeaky on a couple of occasions.

However, a dash of WD-40 fixes it right up, so that’s why I take no stars from it. Just another solid peripheral from Razer.

I use this mouse along with a logitech MX master which I use for more productive tasks such as excel and adobe-word documents. The steelseries mouse is great for games with accurate clicking and motion tracking while being very light.

It’s great for casual browsing and computer usage as well due to it’s lightness and ergonomic shape which reduces fatigue. I was developing ulnar tunnel but have since solved my problems after investing in ergonomic mice and an extended mouse mat that I use as an arm rest on my L desk.

The Naos 7000 is the best mouse I have ever used. I have a 20cm long hand and have played using palm grip for over 20 years. My first gaming mouse was a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer back in 1998, I stuck with the Intellimouse for nearly 8 years.

From there I owned two Logitech MX518s, which were excellent. In around 2008 I bought a Logitech G5 which I did not like as there was no “forward” button. In 2009 I bought my first G500 and since I have owned probably 4 G500s. When my last G500 failed due to a frayed cable I immediately looked at the next evolution of Logitech’s mice the G502. After holding it in my hand I realized it was not the same I hated the fell of it and after doing some research I learned that the sensor was an issue as well.

I decided to try the Corsair M65 Pro which was not for me, it did not fit my hand properly and the button layout was poor. After reading dozens of reviews I landed on the Naos 7000. I was very skeptical about the finger grooves, but I gave it a shot anyways. Well lo and behold this is the best damn mouse I have ever used.

The finger grooves make the mouse extremely comfortable and fit a palm grip very comfortably. My accuracy and speed have greatly improved because I no longer have my pinky dragging on my mouse pad. The mouse has a soft touch finish that does attract some skin oils and the mouse 3 button is very light, other than that this mouse is about as good as it comes for a palm gripper.

While it took some getting used to the new shape, and the two DPI buttons being where they are mean that sometimes I hit them by accident, this is a great mouse with excellent responsiveness.

The RGB settings are super cool, and there are a lot of things you can do with it to match up with any other lighted elements you might have in your room.
The only problem I’ve had is with the software that comes with this mouse. When you toggle the DPI modes, the software is meant to show a bar on the righthand side of the screen, telling you what DPI level you are now at.

However, if my computer has been on for a while, that bar just completely ceases to show up when I change DPI settings. The only way I’ve found to get the bar to start reappearing is to restart my computer. The DPI levels still change, even when the bar isn’t showing up, but you don’t know what DPI level you’re at unless you can tell by seeing how sensitive your mouse is.

5.2 The best review

The feel, contours, button placement, button clicks, and overall sleek style, make this the best mouse I have ever gamed with.

The customizable software is awesome too. I had read reviews about how good this feels and how it fits the palm of the hand, I was skeptical at first, but I can’t stress enough how good this feels in the hand. The textured grips on the sides, the ability to lock the thumb buttons and use it as a thumb rest, all work tremendously well.

I used to use a Logitech gaming mouse before I bought this one, and I used to think that that one was a really good mouse (technically still is) but this one blows it out of the water for gaming. Having all of the 1-12 buttons on the side of the mouse makes accessing those hard to cast spells so much easier, as it’s only a thumb move away.

The sensitivity is fantastic, and the Razer app lets you adjust it to your mousepad. The ring finger rest is also an excellent addition, I feel less fatigue when I use this mouse versus when I used my other one. As if that wasn’t good enough, the colors are also completely customizable, the side buttons can be different color from the scroll wheel and the logo, and vice versa for each.

Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase, after buying the mouse I caved and got the Razer Ultimate 2016 keyboard (the one I am using currently to write this) and I gotta say, I have been sold on their products from now on.

7.2 The best review

I have used a wide variety of different gaming mouses like the G500s, the SteelSeries Sensei, CoolerMaster Xornet and Razer Deathadder.

I personally like this one the best because of the overall feel and the ability to keep the features simple. While the mouse is far more different than the Xornet in terms of grip style and weight, I feel like that G400s just have more of a general balance feel to it.
So far, I have had this mouse for 2 years and never had any problems with it.

8.2 The best review

The ambidextrous grip of this mouse makes it perfect for claw-grip usage. I’ve had this mouse for almost three years at this point, and it’s been through quick snaps and lifts for CS:GO, wild orb-walking in League of Legends, and a whole host of other games.
Awesome for its price, and though the side buttons are not mappable, the mouse makes up for it by making the process of dragging your mouse around to click things you’d normally map extremely easy with its high accuracy.

9.2 The best review

I’ve tried pretty much every mouse out there and this is by far the most comfortable, the top is a soft touch rubber while the sides have a light sandpaper like texture that is non slip without being too abrasive.

It features a perfect no acceleration optical sensor, nice responsive light weight clicks and even the side buttons feel nice. It also has a very nice metal scroll wheel with a nonslip rubber coating on it which is way better than the bare metal on on the g502.

I did have a problem with the software on windows 7 where the dpi settings were off and i couldn’t adjust the settings but it turns out the program must be started as administrator. You can solve this by manually by running the program as admin or setup task scheduler to run this program at startup
